Terms & Conditions - CANCELLATION POLICY

All payments are in Canadian dollars.
A deposit is payable at time of booking. The amount of deposit is 25% of Total price of the tour. This can be paid by Wire Transfer, Money Order or Cheque through the mail in Canadian dollars. Your booking cannot be confirmed until your deposit is received in our office. Balance due date will be noted on your invoice.

Final Payment must be made by final date noted on your invoice or 15 days prior to your tour departure. Form of payment can be Wire Transfer, Money Order or Cheque through the mail in Canadian dollars.
Late bookings less than 15 days will require full payment by Wire Transfer, Certified Cheque or Money Order.

Minimum number of persons required for the operation of a tour. If numbers should fall below the minimum, Hammerhead Scenic Tours Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the tour. If HST Ltd. cancels a tour, it would be prior to your final payment and your deposit would be completely refunded.

Written notice of cancellation is required on all HST Ltd. tours.

To receive a full refund (minus processing fee which is 10% of full amount of Total price) you must cancel your reservation a minimum of 15 days prior to your tour departure.
Failure to cancel your reservation a minimum of 15 days prior to your tour departure will result in forfeit of the full amount of the Deposit which is 25% of full amount of Total price.

Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control Hammerhead Scenic Tours Ltd. must change an itinerary slightly. This seldom occurs, and when it does, we will do everything we can to enhance the program.

Hammerhead Scenic Tours Ltd. acts only as agents for the owners and / or contractors providing the services and means of transportation specified. Hammerhead Scenic Tours Ltd. and/or employees accepts no responsibility in any way in connection with any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay which may be occasioned either by defect or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements of the tour or flights. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses due to delays, omissions, re-routing, changes in schedule or others events resulting from improper health certificates or travel documents or as an act of any government authority or any local conditions such as weather, seasonal variation, labor strikes, civil disturbances, political unrest and acts of God. Signature on trip registration form and/or waiver constitutes acceptance of the terms & conditions.

In any activities that could or do involve potential risks Hammerhead Scenic Tours Ltd. requires a waiver to be signed by all participants.
If the participant refuses to sign such a waiver, the participant cannot participate in that activity.

Tour Itinerary, plus information pertaining to your tour will be sent to you 2 -4 weeks prior to departure (provided full payment has been received).

A valid passport is required for travel between USA and Canada as of 2006. Non Canadians should contact local Immigration Department for requirements. Proof of citizenship is your responsibility. It is recommended you contact your Doctor and/or local health clinic for any recommended vaccinations.

Tour members are limited to one suitcase per person. Baggage handling gratuities for this suitcase are included in the price of the tour. We cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged luggage therefore we recommend you purchase insurance.

No smoking is allowed on board. Frequent rest stops are made which give the passengers the opportunity to smoke.

All seating's is on a first come first serve basis.

Hammerhead Scenic Tours Ltd. must be advised of any special needs prior to booking.
