  • Frank Slide - tragedies of the Crowsnest Pass - on April 29.1903 a 90-milion-ton wall of rock split from Turtle Mountain and roared through the sleeping community of Frank. In seconds at least seventy men, women and children died, most still buried beneath rubble that covers over 3,000 acres
  • Travel on Historic Cowboy Trail and visiting Bar U Ranch National Historic Site of Canada - Key location on the Cowboy Trail - very authentic presentation of ranching culture and history found on the ranch. Artists, princes and outlaws-all have called the Bar U Ranch home at various times in the ranch's colorful history (Charley Russell, Prince of Wales, Sundance Kid)
